Six high-profile chefs spend a day hunting truffles and foraging ingredients in Tasmania’s beautiful Tamar Valley before heading to Hobart under cover of darkness to create a series of amazing dishes showcasing local ingredients, matched to the beautiful gastronomic Champagnes of Krug.
